ZMA Supplement

Falling asleep used to take me forever, but since I started these about an hour before bed, I'm out within 20 minutes. The 450mg of magnesium really seems to do the trick, and I wake up feeling more rested than I have in months.

I've been taking these about 30 minutes before bed for three weeks now, and the 15mg of B6 with the zinc really seems to help me stay asleep through the night. The capsules are easy to swallow and I wake up feeling more rested than usual, even on heavy training days.
